Boy did I ever hear about this one, not because I work for Starbucks Customer Service but because I happened to be the only person in the studio when Lara came back from running errands. She’d stopped at Starbucks and asked for room for cream and sugar. The barista told her they don’t leave room anymore, that they’d be happy to add the cream and sugar for her instead. 2026 is a real kick in the head.
